1. How long have you been professionally cleaning?
No. As long as you provide us a way to enter your home or office you do not need to be home when we come to clean.
3. What time will you be cleaning my home or office building?
We will schedule you between 8:15 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday for residences and evening hours or weekends for office buildings. We will try to work with your schedule as much as possible.
4. Will the same people be coming to clean each time?
We try to keep the same teams cleaning your home or office, but there may be occassions due to unavoidable circumstances, different cleaning technicians will be servicing your home or office.
5. Is there anything I am expected to do before cleaning?
Yes. To provide you with the best quality cleaning, please pick up clutter.
6. What cleaning supplies do I need to have on hand?
We bring our own supplies including vacuum cleaners, unless you have special supplies that you prefer us to use.
7. What is included in your cleaning service?

8. Do you provide GREEN Cleaning Services?
Yes. At your request we can use green cleaning products provided by us or by you to clean your home or office building.*
9. Is a long-term contract required for service?
Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.
10. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. We will move your visit to a more convenient time or cancel it altogether if you wish.
11. What happens if something is broken?
You should report the broken item by calling our office.
12. Are you bonded and insured?

13. Do you accept credit cards for payment?
No. Not at this time. Payment is typically made by check.
14. Can I get a Gift Certificate?
Of course. House or office cleaning Services are a wonderful gift. We provide gift certificates for a home, office, condominium or apartment in any amount you desire. Just send us an email and we will get it set up right away.
