No. As long as you provide us a way to enter your home or office you do not need to be home when we come to clean.
3. What time will you be cleaning my home or office building?
We will schedule you between 8:15 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday for residential areas and evening hours or weekends for office buildings. We try to work with your schedule as much as possible.
4. Will the same people be coming to clean each time?
We try to keep the same teams cleaning your home or office, but there will be times due to unavoidable circumstances, different cleaning technicians servicing your home.
5. Is there anything I am expected to do before cleaning?
Yes. To provide you with the best quality cleaning, please pick up clutter.
6. What cleaning supply do I need to have on hand for you to clean?
We bring our own supplies including vacuum cleaners, unless you have special supplies that you prefer us to use.

8. Do you provide GREEN Cleaning Services?
Yes. At your request we can use green cleaning products provided by us or by you to clean your home or office building.*
9. Is a long-term contract required for service?
Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.
10. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.
11. What happens if something is broken?
You should report the broken item by calling our office.
12. Are you bonded and insured?

13. Do you accept credit cards for payment?
No. Not at this time. Payment is usually made by check.
14. Can I get a Gift Certificate?
Of course. House or office cleaning Services are a wonderful gift. We provide gift certificates for a house or office, condo, apt. in any amount of time you desire. Just send us an email and we'll get it set up right away.
